Financial Policies

All payments must be made on time per contract. You may pay in cash, by check, or money order.

Misc. Fees

(Optional) Locker Fee$50.00
(Optional) PTF Members$25.00
PTF Non-Member Flat Fee$600.00
Returned Check Fee$30.00
Special Arrangement Fee (if arrangements made with financial advisor are not honored)$10.00

Late Fees

If tuition is late, the following fees apply:

After the 5th of the month+ $10.00
After the 10th of the month+ $20.00
After the 15th of the month+ $30.00

If tuition is still not paid by the 10th, the parent will be notified and the student(s) will be suspended until all applicable fees are paid. Parents anticipating financial difficulty should immediately contact the administrator for consultation.

Withdrawals & Refunds

  1. Students withdrawing from school during the school year will pay for the entire month in which they withdraw. No exceptions.

  2. Students withdrawing must pay all tuition due and all other school debts (including textbooks, lunches, etc.) before any official records or grades are released to the parent or to another school.
