Arrival at School

The school doors will open at 7:30 a.m. Students are to immediately report to class and begin their routines and Bellwork. Once a student is in the building, they will not be allowed to wander the halls. If possible students should not arrive until 7:45 a.m.

Drivers: Please use Marvin Brown Dr. as an entrance and W.J. Boaz as an exit. This will make a one-way traffic pattern and a safe exit from the right side of vehicles. Children who can exit cars without assistance should be dropped off at the front door. Parents of children who need assistance should park in front of the building, and escort their children to the door. Student drivers will need to fill out a Student Driving Form before the first day of school.

Early Dismissal

  • Parents must sign their children out on the register located in the school office. Special concerns should be reported about a person(s) that might try to pick students up at school.

  • Classes are not to be interrupted except by the office staff. Constant interruptions interfere with learning.

  • Students who must leave during the day for doctor's appointments or other necessary reasons should bring a written note in the morning to their teacher, stating the time and reason for leaving.

  • The secretary or teacher will ask for identification, if parent or guardian is not recognized.

Chapel

"O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker." Psalm 95:6

Chapel services will be held for all students each Wednesday. Parents are invited to attend these programs. Chapel is a time for praising the Lord, for thanksgiving for being an American, reading and preaching God's Word, and for learning to be more like Jesus!

Closed Campus

Trinity Baptist Temple Academy operates a closed campus. Students cannot leave without permission from parents and the office. Once a student enters the campus, he/she cannot leave without checking out through the office.

Vandalism & Damage to School Property

Students shall not vandalize or damage or deface any property, including furniture and other equipment, belonging to or used by the school. Parents or guardians of students guilty of damaging school property shall be liable for damages in accordance with the law. Students may be subject to immediate dismissal as seen fit by the administration. Students shall be responsible for the care of all the textbooks in their possession. The student will replace any loss or destroyed textbooks.
